Fundraisers
If you would like to help by becoming a fundraiser please contact us.
Landowners
If you are a landowner, let us know your farm name and number and when you last spotted a leopard. We would also like to know of farms which do not kill leopards and those that do kill leopards. Knowing this information allows us to highlight problem leopard areas and where we can help with farmer leopard conflict.
Here are a list of leopards that still need adopting. If you would like to adopt a leopard Click here
Both Peter and M3 (brothers) were caught in a trap on a cattle farm in the Hoedspruit area and taken to Moholoholo rehabilitation centre where they were cared for, for +- 3 months.
They were immobilised and collared before releasing them onto Welverdiend farm within the Blue Canyon Game conservancy on the 21 February 2009 in the Hoedspruit area.
They were +- 18 months old on release and split up, on release.
As they have collars, updates will be easy so long as there is cellphone cover where ever
Male 1 was resident on the conservancy and collared with a GPS collar. He remained on the property for over 2 months and has now moved in an easterly direction to a neighbouring game farm where we continue to monitor him.
