Text Box: Monika Ogden (M.Tech.) is the KERI Director of logistics and fundraising and is responsible for new projects. She joined Keri in 2003 and was a researcher on Karongwe Game Reserve for three years. She has completed an M. Tech thesis through the Tshwane University of Technology on lion ecology on small reserves and has also trained and worked as a Geographic Information Scientist.  Monika is the deputy leap coordinator, scientific advisor and Limpopo project manager.

Text Box: Cailey Owen MSc. is the KERI Executive Director of research and is responsible for initiating and coordinating scientific studies, as well as the dissemination of the data. She has undertaken research projects on macaws and population fragmentation in South America, wolf behaviour in Portugal and dolphin movements in New Zealand. After two years of field guiding and orphan animal rehabilitation, she initiated KERI Research in 1999. She has completed a Masters thesis on leopard reproductive and population biology and has begun a PHD on leopard feeding and territorial study. Cailey is the LEAP coordinator, scientific advisor and Mpumalanga project manager.
